Rob joined TDMP in March 2025 and was promoted to Finance Director in October 2025, reflecting his depth of experience and the strategic value he brings to the business.
Rob has over 20 years’ experience leading finance functions within private-equity-backed, international groups. He brings strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to support growth-focused businesses. His expertise spans financial reporting and consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, statutory accounts, audit management, treasury and cash flow, and the design and maintenance of robust financial controls.
Before joining TDMP, Rob was Financial Controller at AAMP Global Ltd, where he led the European finance function within a US-owned private equity group. During his tenure, he played a key role in acquisitions, restructurings, ERP migrations and multiple private equity due diligence processes. He has successfully delivered numerous system implementations and automation projects, driving both efficiency and improved financial visibility.
As Finance Director at TDMP, Rob is responsible for the firm’s financial strategy, governance and performance, working closely with the leadership team to support sustainable growth and deliver long-term value.
