Glenn Rhodes
Glenn is an experienced commercial and marketing leader with more than 25 years’ experience driving growth, brand transformation and customer acquisition across the UK dental, healthcare and consumer sectors. He brings deep sector knowledge combined with a strong commercial mindset, having worked at senior leadership level across multi-site dental groups, healthcare providers and global medical device organisations.
Glenn has held senior roles within some of the UK’s largest dental organisations, including Rodericks Dental Partners, Together Dental, Denplan, Simplyhealth and Nobel Biocare. His experience spans groups operating up to 230+ sites, supporting patient bases in excess of one million. He has led full-funnel commercial strategies covering acquisition, retention, pricing, proposition development and lifecycle engagement, consistently delivering measurable revenue growth.
He has extensive experience of post-merger integration, brand repositioning and scaling platforms following acquisition, including the successful launch of new corporate identities, websites and go-to-market strategies across large, decentralised practice networks.
Known for his collaborative and commercially focused leadership style, Glenn works closely with clinical, operational and executive teams to align strategy, performance and patient experience.
