Peter Boucher
Peter is an accomplished CEO and board-level leader with more than 25 years’ experience driving growth, transformation and high-performance cultures across technology, telecoms and professional services.
Peter began his career in senior commercial and operational roles at Vodafone, where he helped lead major sales, marketing and customer strategy programmes during a period of significant expansion. He later joined Addison Lee as Chief Commercial Officer, playing a key role in modernising the brand, strengthening customer experience and supporting the company’s international growth ambitions.
Most notably, Peter served as CEO of Excalibur Communications, where he oversaw a period of sustained growth. His leadership culminated in a successful exit of Excalibur, marking a major milestone for the shareholders and the wider business community.
Alongside corporate leadership, Peter recently established and now leads a Vistage Chair group, supporting CEOs and founders through structured peer mentoring, strategic coaching and high-level advisory support.
