Jamie is the founder of TDMP Group, a growing dental and healthcare platform built on strong clinical standards, ethical practice and long-term partnerships. Starting from a single practice, Jamie has grown the business to 15 dental sites, developing a reputation for doing things properly — prioritising patient care, clinician wellbeing and responsible growth over short-term gains.
He now leads the group’s diversification into broader healthcare services, focused on preventative care and integrated delivery, while continuing to scale through collaborative partnerships, disciplined operations and a clear commitment to quality, sustainability and trust.
